Born and raised in New York, Alec received his Master’s degree from Emerson College in 1997. For the past decade, he has focused on finding a solution to the issues of educational relevance and equity, co-founding a Bangkok and Hua Hin based alternative learning center in 2017 before founding his own consulting and educational coaching practice in 2022.

​Alec’s passion for hands-on teaching, tutoring, mentoring, counseling, and consulting began with his first teaching position in 1995, and he has since held roles ranging from Classroom Teacher to Master Tutor, Master Trainer, Education Director, and Director of Learner Success.

Alec’s decades-long success and track record in sending students to top universities all over the world allows him to establish a high level of trust with both students and their parents, so families can achieve their most ambitious goals.
