Dot Queen
Amy Diener is a Bangkok-based artist known for her vibrant, joyful dot paintings that blend mindfulness, storytelling, and color therapy. Often referred to as “the dot queen,” her work is inspired by travel, nature, animals, and everyday moments of connection, transforming simple dots into expressive, emotionally resonant artworks.
Amy’s practice is deeply personal. Dot painting began as a meditative process that helped her manage OCD, and it has since evolved into both an artistic signature and a teaching philosophy centered on calm, focus, and creative confidence. Through her art, she aims to make mindfulness accessible, playful, and visually engaging for all ages.
Her work has been exhibited internationally and commissioned by private collectors, schools, and global brands. Beyond fine art, Amy brings her designs to life through enamel pins, stickers, jewelry, and interactive workshops, bridging the gap between art, education, and everyday objects. She is also the creator of a growing dot painting curriculum used in schools and extracurricular programs, encouraging students to explore creativity without pressure or perfection.
Guided by her tagline, “spreading joy one dot at a time,” Amy continues to expand her practice through collaborations, teaching, and product design, using art as a tool for connection, well-being, and joy.
