Andy is a music industry consultant with 35 years of experience, including 20 years working across Asia. He provides artist management and mentoring services, supporting both emerging and established artists.

In addition to his consultancy work, Andy is a speaker and lecturer, a conference moderator, and a playlist curator for Groover. He works closely with local artists at the grassroots level in an advisory and mentoring capacity, while also collaborating with international artists who are exploring Southeast Asia as a new market and creative opportunity.
