Andy Haggerstone is a music industry entrepreneur, originally from the UK and now based in Thailand. He founded independent record label and artist management company Kaleidoscope, whose artists have performed at major music festivals such as Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds, and The Great Escape, amassed millions of streams on digital platforms like Spotify and Apple Music, and had significant media support from the likes of The Guardian and the BBC.

During the pandemic, Andy founded IndieKnow, a music tech platform for self-releasing artists, which was acquired by Un:Hurd in 2024. In 2020, Andy relocated to Thailand and co-founded the country’s first sync agency, Songtaew Sync, specialising in placing Thai music in film, TV and advertising.

His projects there have most included placing numerous tracks with The White Lotus (HBO), creating original Luk Thung and Molam compositions for Netflix, and assisting with the soundtrack for a series of local advertisements for Apple.
