Anthony Jude Tan is a distinguished Singaporean entrepreneur, strategic advisor, and educator with over 40 years of experience across healthcare, wellness, hospitality, real estate, investment, and lifestyle sectors. He has been based in Thailand for the past 20 years, where he continues to lead regional and international wellness ventures.

As Founder and CEO of AJT Wellity Asia Co., Ltd., he has led over 30 international projects totaling 2 million sqm and secured over USD 100 million in investments. His visionary leadership is recognized for shaping transformative, wellness-integrated ecosystems.

Anthony holds an MBA from Strasbourg, France, with a specialization in International Executive Business and medical wellness, along with a certificate in Hotel Management from Cornell University. These qualifications underpin his cross-sector expertise and holistic approach to sustainable development.

He has held key roles including CEO of VitalLife at Bumrungrad Hospital, Managing Director of iRETREAT Group, and is currently Director and CEO of AG BioMed Co., Ltd., where he is steering global growth and biomedical innovation.

A sought-after speaker and educator, Anthony lectures globally—across the USA, Europe, and Asia—and serves as a guest lecturer at Thammasat University. In his advisory capacity, he has also curated and mentored a new generation of concept design managers, aligning vision with execution for large-scale developments.

Today, Anthony is taking one of his boldest steps yet as the lead concept consultant and advisor for a unique 85-hectare lifestyle real estate and sustainability project in Hanoi, setting a new benchmark for integrated living and wellness communities.
