After 30+ years in the consumer goods industry, I am now dedicating my time to make the world a better place. I have chosen to do so by helping leaders and teams be what they want to be at work.

My extensive business experience, across all continents, reaching from managerial, GM and VP positions, and my recent years of experience as a certified coach and team coach, makes me a grounded partner for leaders and teams who wish to develop further. I am backed up by a highly competent network, and have access to a unique tool, developed by one of the worlds top team coaches, David Clutterbuck.

I joined Asia Pillars to share my business and management experience with other leaders. My years at L’Oréal, LVMH, Johnson&Johnson and Colgate, as well as experiences in SME’s, gives me a full perspective of challenges executives are faced with.
