In his current role as Director at Nine Lakes Consulting, he specializes in guiding startups through their acquisition processes, leveraging over 10 years in experience in M&A advisory in Silicon Valley, where he successfully closed over $800M in transaction volume in four countries.

Ash previously worked as a consultant in the strategic planning group of Alcan Asia, assisting the company expand its footprint in Vietnam, India, Thailand, and Indonesia. He began his career on Capitol Hill, working in the US Senate, focused on Energy and Economic Policy.
