Athalie de Koning is a Vocal Health Specialist who has worked internationally as a singer, educator, events manager, and public speaker since 2010. Growing up in Thailand in a family of psychologists and social workers, Athalie has always had a heart for connecting with people on a deeper level. She joined hands with New Counseling Service (NCS) to promote mental health awareness and provide coaching for leaders both on and off the stage. As the landscape is rapidly changing in Thailand, Athalie’s priority is to ensure that NCS stays at the forefront of mental health research and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) development, providing education to increase awareness of EAP services and lower the barriers to access mental health support.

Athalie holds a Master of Education in Arts from the Netherlands and has been a lecturer at various universities on topics ranging from project management to communication. Combining her experience in the hospitality industry and education field, Athalie regularly conducts workshops on vocal health, management, and intercultural communication. Using practical exercises and tools for the corporate work environment, she helps people to reclaim their authority, communicate clearly, and ultimately, to find their own voice.
