Awat Ratanapintha is a Thai actor and self-taught artist who began his acting journey at the age of 16, initially taking on supporting roles in various Thai series. His dedication to his multiple roles, perseverance, willingness to learn, and genuine passion for acting were crucial factors in landing his first leading role in the film “DOI BOY” (2023) which had its world premiere at the Busan International Film Festival 2023 and competed in the ‘Jiseok’ Competition . His unique performance as the main character, “Sorn” earned him acclaim and the “Rising Star” award from Marie Claire at the BIFF Asia Star Awards during the Busan International Film Festival in 2023.

With several ongoing projects, Awat continues to pursue his journey in the world of cinema and acting remains committed to striving for excellence in his future roles by embodying and expressing their complexity and sharing true emotions.
