Carl Nunes, born and raised in Guatemala City, began producing music and DJing at just sixteen.

His journey quickly grew from local stages to international tours, earning him a place in DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs for four consecutive years.

After signing exclusively with Armin van Buuren’s powerhouse label, Armada Music, Carl took a major step forward by launching Nuculture Records in 2019.

Six years later, Nuculture has accumulated millions of streams and continues to shape the future of electronic music with its forward-thinking, multi-genre vision — recently expanding into the urban landscape with Nuculture Urban.
