Charintip Choomuenwai (Pum)
One Bangkok
VP / Head of Art & Culture
Charintip “Pum” Choomuenwai is the Head of Art & Culture and Head of District Branding and Marketing at One Bangkok which basically means she spends her days making sure a district does not just look good, but actually feels alive.
Driven by passion, curiosity, and a healthy obsession with meaningful details, Pum works at the intersection of art, culture, music, branding, storytelling, and urban experience. She believes culture should not be locked away or treated as decoration, but should live naturally in the city surprising people, sparking conversations, and occasionally making them stop walking just to look up.
As one of the founders of Bangkok World Music Day, Pum also sees music as a powerful force for bringing people together. To her, music and public space share the same magic: they create connection, movement, memory, and a sense of belonging.
At One Bangkok, she helps shape the district’s identity through public art, cultural programmes, music initiatives, creative partnerships, placemaking, and brand experiences that connect people to place. Her role requires equal parts strategy, taste, diplomacy, problem-solving, and the ability to turn ambitious ideas into something that actually happens.
For Pum, culture is not the “nice-to-have” part of a place — it is the soul, the spark, and sometimes the reason people come back.
