Charlotte’s nearly ten-year career in Singapore’s vibrant Startup environment has shaped her role as the director of a fast-growing Consultancy dedicated to Fitness & Wellness businesses.

Her extensive Sales and Marketing experience in SaaS environment is complemented by a deep understanding of the fitness sector—both from a business perspective and through first-hand experience as a certified Personal Trainer, Sports Nutrition Specialist, and Spartan Race coach.

At Pallas Solutions, she leverages this expertise and the support from her team to help Gyms, Fitness Tech startups, and wellness-oriented Hotels grow their revenue & client base by optimising every step of their sales funnels.

Charlotte also allocates part of her time to hosting training sessions and workshops across the region, with the aim to spread awareness about physical and mental health.
