Christian grew up in Germany and has lived between Bangkok and Berlin for the last 15 years. He is the founder of RegionRise, a boutique strategy consultancy specialising on market expansion.

Prior to RegionRise Christian did venture capital investments through his own sustainability deep tech fund and worked in leadership positions and as a consultant in startups and companies in the digital industries, telecommunications, manufacturing, chemical and petrochemical industries.

Christian is passionate about sustainability as a driver for business growth and the enablement of circular economies and among his current clients are companies in Hydrogen, Biogas, and Recycling of plastic to oil.
