With over 20 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and engineering, Clayton Manley has worked with industry leaders including BAE, Rolls Royce, Babcock, Hyundai Heavy Industries, DSME, and IMI plc. His career spans Europe, North America, and Asia, delivering operational excellence and strategic growth in safety-critical industries such as defence, aerospace, and energy.

At IMI plc, Clayton implemented Lean initiatives that improved health & safety, delivery, and profitability while reducing customer defects. His expertise includes P&L management, Lean manufacturing, and building high-performing teams through award-winning programmes.

Now based in Thailand, Clayton leads Strategy Doctor, a consultancy supporting businesses with strategic planning and operational efficiency. He helps organisations navigate challenges and seize opportunities.

Relocating to Thailand has been exciting for Clayton, and he looks forward to learning from those established in the region. He is eager to explore new opportunities in manufacturing or engineering, leveraging his international experience to drive success in Southeast Asia.
