Bangkok-based Chef Clément Hernandez is co-founder and F&B director of Yenakart Group. Clément hails from Cahors in southwest France, a region steeped in traditional culture. This rich culinary heritage set him on a 15-year journey through Michelin-starred establishments in Europe and Asia.
As F&B director, Clément currently oversees creative events space 19 Yenakart, a food delivery brand Coquillette – French Pasta & Bistro, and WORKSHOP Restaurant & Gallery, a stage for his tribute to comfort food with a touch of class: Sincere Dining.
From within the ART DINNER concept, Clément is guided and inspired by collaboration with guest artists to create a unique experience combining art and cuisine. The entire series is linked by one common theme: that of perpetual growth and development through collaboration, inspiration, experimentation, and innovation.
