Originally from France, Clement has spent over a decade building his expertise as a chocolatier through international experiences, collaborations, and entrepreneurial projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

His work combines French craftsmanship with a strong focus on innovation, storytelling, and high-quality ingredients, including locally sourced Thai cacao and flavors.

In 2024, he opened his first physical boutique in Bangkok, positioning the brand at the crossroads of luxury retail, creative content, and experiential chocolate.
