Chef David is the owner of Tina’s restaurant and the soon to open NOLA cafe on Suan Phlu. Originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, David grew up in Washington D.C., where he was deeply influenced by his mother, a New Orleans native and the namesake of Tina’s.

After a brief time at culinary school, David honed his skills in various prestigious settings, including country clubs and private residences. His passion for Bangkok, kindled before the pandemic, has led him back to this bustling city to fulfill his dream of sharing his unique blend of culinary heritage with its residents.
