Founder and CEO

David is a U.S. qualified lawyer (Illinois), trained R&D chemist and business professional living, working and studying in Thailand since 2010. David serves his corporate, SME and personal clients over a wide range of industries, regions and legal matters. David also received his MBA from Sasin School of Management in October 2018.

David’s prior global role as Senior Legal Counsel for SET-listed Sri Trang Agro-Industry (STA), a key supplier to the automobile industry and Thailand’s largest producer of medical gloves, provided him the opportunity to support the global expansion of a medical device business as well as handle complex matters in international shipping, intellectual property, market entry and expansion.

David’s main expertise lies in devising effective, value-adding strategies and solutions to complex problems that arise in relationships going through change. David also manages and leads a variety of legal projects, undertakes marketing & business development, strategic performance management, mentoring and training of lawyers and other team members.
