Her career has spanned EMEA, Asia-Pacific, and the United States, partnering with senior leaders to drive engagement, organisational transformation, and business impact.

Based in Bangkok, she leads strategic communications and community impact initiatives for Amadeus across the Asia-Pacific region. She partners closely with regional executives to translate business priorities into impactful communications, strengthen leadership visibility, and foster employee engagement across diverse markets.

Before transitioning into corporate communications, Deborah built a successful international career in HR and talent management, leading initiatives across recruitment, employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and organisational effectiveness.

This multidisciplinary background enables her to bridge people strategy and business strategy through impactful communications.

A native French speaker, she is bilingual in English and has intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
