Donna has over two decades of experience in PR and Social Impact Communications in Asia Pacific. A pioneer at RICE, she played an instrumental role in the firm’s growth from a boutique agency in Singapore in 2009 to a trusted regional consultancy. Having led expansions into Myanmar, the Philippines, and Thailand, she now manages operations across these markets from Bangkok.

Throughout her career, Donna has advised global brands spanning a variety of sectors, including enterprise tech, telecommunications, fintech, consumer goods, travel & hospitality, energy, and agriculture. She has spearheaded multi-market advocacies and won awards for campaigns that champion gender equality, sustainability, and wildlife conservation, supporting organisations such as the Carbon Trust, EU, ILO, and WWF.

Beyond work, Donna volunteers for social causes close to her heart; she enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures and cuisines and has an eclectic taste in music, films, and modern art. Most of all, she loves spending quiet, quirky moments with her chonky pup, Lulu.
