With over a decade of experience spanning three continents, Dylan Larsen is a highly accomplished leader in the construction, design, and management sectors. His expertise covers residential, hospitality, corporate, and commercial projects, with a portfolio that includes ultra-luxury residences, world-class hotels, and large-scale mixed-use developments.

Originally brought on to establish 1508 London’s Bangkok studio as support to Dubai as Regional Director of Bangkok, Dylan successfully transformed it into a fully independent operation. Under his leadership, the studio expanded from a two-person team to a thriving 18-member workforce in less than 18 months, now working in tandem with the Singapore office to serve the broader APAC region.

Now as Regional Director of APAC, he currently oversees operations across studios in Bangkok, Singapore, China, and Hong Kong, driving strategic growth and delivering high-end design solutions to all of APAC.

Dylan’s professional journey includes key roles at Steven Leach & Associates in Bangkok, as well as InHouse Design Studio in South Africa. Holding qualifications in architecture, interior design, and construction project management, he brings a multidisciplinary approach to every project.

Born in South Africa, Dylan has called Thailand home for over seven years, where he continues to shape the region’s luxury design landscape with innovation and expertise.
