Edward G Young III is an award-winning voiceover artist, actor, poet, and two-time TEDx speaker that originally hails from Gary, Indiana.
From an early age, he learned the name Edward means protector, so it has been his life’s mission to use his voice as a tool to teach, uplift, and inspire.
Edward has been featured as a speaker internationally as well as at various schools and organizations across America. He has also appeared on screen in a wide range of roles both in America and in Korea.

He is a two-time Bangkok Poetry Slam champion, a 2023 Australia National Poetry Slam finalist, and has headlined several poetry events throughout the city of Bangkok and beyond.

Edward’s style of storytelling is narrative and personal, yet also relatable. In the past few years, Edward has unwrapped his newfound affinity for slam poetry. It is an art form he has fallen in love with due to its raw vulnerability and ability to transcend barriers by creating dialogues between individuals from all walks of life.
