Eric is currently leading digital for Indorama Ventures, a global leader in chemical manufacturing operating in 35+ countries. In his current role, he is in charge of enabling IVL into his next chapter through digital transformation. He is part of the company Manufacturing Excellence Council and ESG Council, and lead the Commercial and Supply Chain Excellence transformation strategic program.

Prior to joining IVL and relocating in Bangkok late 2021, Eric worked with multinational brands such as LVMH, Louis Vuitton, Sephora and Li & Fung, providing enterprise industry technology solutions that include luxury brand retail distribution and end-to-end digital supply-chain. He also co-launched a designer fashion brand for digital natives in 2015 in Hong Kong and NYC (Thakoon).

Eric is passionate about people and the future of work and embraces transformation to build efficient organizations and systems around the people. Native from Toulouse in France, he developed a passion for aeronautics and space. He holds a private pilot license, and practices paragliding, sailing and scuba diving.
