Etienne is a business adviser specialized in Southeast Asia expansion, market entry and M&A (buy-side, sell-side, capital raising).

Etienne has been in Asia since 2012 and is currently the Regional Head of Business Development at DFDL, a legal & tax firm focused on corporate, M&A and project finance matters in Southeast Asia. Prior to that he worked as VP Asia for a boutique investment bank, and as trade adviser in the technology and services sectors at the French Embassy in Thailand.

Between 2020 and 2025, Etienne also served as co-president of la French Tech Bangkok, the Thailand chapter of a global business community bridging French entrepreneurs and international tech ecosystems.
