Fabrice first started his career in France at Alcatel Optronics in 2000.

In 2005, he moved to Thailand to supervise the manufacturing line which was transferred to an EMS company. He lead a team of engineers, planners and logistics, to supervise Opto-electronics products manufacturing such as Submarine and Terrestrial laser pumps, TOSA, iTLAs, used in optical network systems.
Fabrice joined the EMS company Fabrinet in 2015 and managed a Business unit manufacturing Fiber Lasers, used in industry.
In 2020, as Director of Engineering, Fabrice started leading New Product Introduction programs for Optical Transceivers used in Optical Network systems to support the growth of the optical network demand, as well as managing the Engineering groups to support the products improvement in terms of Yield and Manufacturability through automation.
