Director - Business Development

As Director – Business Development for GOCO Hospitality, Fabricio is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as expanding the company’s branded spas and resorts portfolio. Through talented leadership, he directs the raising of capital and related structural work for future management contracts and investment projects. Fabricio also supervises the Horwath HTL Health and Wellness team in the conducting of market research and feasibility studies, bringing to the table his broad experience in the hospitality industry and in real estate investments.

Prior to joining GOCO Hospitality, Fabricio held positions at various leading hospitality and financial companies, raising and directing debt and equity capital to achieve long-term strategic results. Fabricio was Director of Investments at Brazil Hospitality Group, the largest publicly traded hotel group in Brazil as well as Director of Development at Odebrecht Real Estate Development, Brazil’s largest conglomerate. Fabricio also worked in the United States for Citigroup, Ernst & Young and Westmont Hospitality Group. He holds degrees from Cornell University and Les Roches Hotel Management School.
