As one of the founders of PALO IT France, Frederic embarked on this remarkable journey in 2009. In 2018, he relocated to Thailand to establish the new subsidiary and collaborate with other APEC offices (SG, HK & AUS).

In Thailand, Fred assumes the responsibility of guiding the company, defining its strategy, and nurturing its culture. He plays a crucial role in implementing the company’s vision, which is to leverage technology as a force for good and create a positive impact. Aligned with the company’s values of sharing, caring, acting, delivering, and choosing, Frederic has been assisting customers in Thailand for the past 7 years by facilitating the adoption of new technologies, Agile methodologies, and enhancing customer experiences through a design thinking approach.

Currently, Frederic, along with the team at PALO IT Thailand, is focused on achieving the company’s five strategic Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for 2025, which include obtaining B-Corp certification, providing training to empower all employees, generating 50% of revenues from impact projects, achieving net-zero carbon emissions, and ensuring 90% employee satisfaction.
