​Frederic started his hospitality career with the Accor Group in France, and he is based in Thailand since 2004. Prior to joining NOVA Asset Management, he has developed strong operational skills with Accor from the Ibis Budget brand, up to the luxury Sofitel brand until he became the youngest General Manager for Accor at that time.

After nearly 7 years with Accor in Thailand, Frederic moved to BHMAsia (now Cross Hotels) as Senior Vice President, where he was leading the development of the company from being a Thai-based Boutique hotel operator with 6 resorts to becoming a reginal operator with a portfolio & pipeline of nearly 50 properties in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia & Australia.

His involvement led to the acquisition of the group by Australian listed company Flight Center Travel Group in 2017. Frederic has also been involved in the setup of several Food & Beverage businesses, including partnerships with Michelin Star Chefs, and the launch of a fast expending restaurant group in Thailand

With nearly 20 years’ experience working in the hospitality industry from international brands to boutique and Ultra Luxuary operator, Frederic has gained extensive knowledge in all aspects of hotel operations and development both in Thailand and Europe, from the concept and branding stage to opening and day-to-day operations. Graduated from Hospitality School, Frederic also mastered his studies at EDHEC Business School in Nice France, and ABAC University in Thailand, proving him with good command of the Thai language.
