Gigi Delacruz is the Head of Projects for Kodebaze, an industry-leading software outsourcing solutions provider. She has extensive experience in process optimization, agile leadership, and product management. Her approach to project management is centered around collaboration and open communication. Her skills in back-end and front-end team management have been instrumental in the success of Kodebaze’s first in-house product, Kodecrew, a team evaluation mobile application that increases productivity and engagement through weekly evaluations.

Originally from Montreal, Canada, Gigi is passionate about empowering women in tech and promoting diversity within the industry. She is part of Girls in Tech Vietnam, a non-profit organization that helps women and minorities gain access to the skills, resources, and support they need to succeed in the tech world.
