South African born, Gili worked and lived in Israel and the UK before moving to Thailand, where she has spent the last 22 years.

With a background in F&B, tourism, hospitality and manufacturing, she has always had a passion for sustainability and responsible practices. From building kid’s camps in the jungle to developing luxury nature focused experiences, setting up coral reef restoration sites and community based CSR projects, she endeavours to consider people, planet and profit in everything she does.

After many years working as a private consultant for DMCs and sub-contracting for large event companies, together with like minded partners, (each specialising in different related areas) set up Team Spirit Thailand offering Personalised MICE Services, Executive Wellness Retreats, Corporate Team Building, Student Group Travel Programmes and Sustainable Events anywhere in Thailand.
