Greg is a business executive with a US law degree. He started his career with the law firm of Baker McKenzie. He has written complex contracts for ‘smart city’ developments, mobile telecom networks, power plants, IOT contracts for big brand hotels, and Hollywood movie licenses. Greg is MD for BEATTYintel, a boutique business advisory firm. He is also Cyber Law & Compliance Lead for Hakken Solutions, a cybersecurity firm covering the Middle East & Africa.

Born near Toronto, he has lived on five continents and worked across 70 countries. While in Boston, he played hockey for the Boston Bruins Alumni Team, Harvard Blades, and Massachusetts State Legislative Team.

For fun, he has interviewed and published articles on rock music dignitaries, including band members for David Bowie, Iggy Pop, the Grateful Dead, and Jerry Hopkins, biographer of Jim Morrison and the Doors. He covered the philanthropic ventures of Ley Le Haylsip, who’s story was turned into an Oliver Stone directed movie, Heaven and Earth. Greg’s business and human-interest stories appear regularly in the Bangkok Post. He is also a member of the Faculty of Law at Chulalongkorn University.
