Gregory is Co-founder of RightSummit, a company that helps people, teams and organisations to know themselves, design/become their future selves, become their future selves (through coaching, mentoring, consulting).

In his previous corporate life, Gregory was Vice-President and Managing Director Asia Pacific for the rail control and systems business of Bombardier, an aerospace and railway systems corporation. His role there was to coordinate about a 1,000 employees to deliver railway systems across a host of countries throughout Asia. So far, Gregory has called home Toronto, Berlin, Reading, Beijing and eventually Bangkok where he has lived for the past ten years. His areas of expertise are Coaching/Mentoring, General Management, Project Management, Strategy, Business Development, Sales, M&A.

Gregory is an avid learner and likes to read one book a day, as well as talk about coaching, personal/team/organization development on his YouTube channel (A Cup Of CoFi).
