Hema has spent the past 16 years focused on the intersection of consumer behaviour, technology and business. She specialises in driving business transformation through Human Centred Design principles. Prior to setting up PSYKHE, Hema was a founding member and Director of Deloitte, where she helped set-up and launch Deloitte Digital for Asia Pacific. She is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the National University of Singapore, where she teaches topics on Innovation and Service Design.

When not tinkering with design, Hema finds herself immersed and appreciating art, Nordic Noir books, and wishing her nomadic lifestyle would let her get a dog. A border collie, specifically.
