Henedie is an entrepreneur and business strategist with a passion for building and scaling businesses. Born in Casablanca, Morocco, where she proudly calls home, she has always been drawn to problem-solving and innovation.

She began her career as an executive assistant, where her interest in business development and operations quickly led her to take on more responsibilities. Over time, she grew into leadership roles, eventually becoming Business Development Lead and Chief Operating Officer. Today, she is a partner at Elite Lab, a Singapore-based company that supports businesses—primarily in e-commerce and digital industries—by providing operational infrastructure, including accounting, customer experience management, IT solutions, and AI-driven automation.

Throughout her career, Henedie has seen the challenges that come with high performance, both in herself and others—burnout, stress, and the struggle for balance. This led her to create Mindful Growth Therapy, where she helps executives and high achievers navigate these pressures, improve resilience, and find sustainable success.
