Jace Payackapan wears many hats, ranging from live vocal performance and studio engineering to music industry ventures and education. Born and raised in Thailand, she received her B.M. from Berklee College of Music (USA), with a focus on Contemporary Writing and Production.

Jace is the director of Convoy Sync, the parent company of localized music sync agencies in Southeast Asia—Songtaew Sync (Thailand) and Bemo Sync (Indonesia)—representing a wide range of genres from independent artists, labels, and publishers. Convoy has secured placements with production houses such as HBO, Netflix, Apple TV, and TBWA.

In 2023, alongside Manica Lerdanusorn, she co-founded Thailand’s first independent music publishing company, Itim Music Publishing, representing songwriters across various artist projects, including WIM and H3F.

Jace currently performs as the lead singer of The Dikon Poptet, a band that reimagines pop standards from the past 25 years, and teaches music production at International School Bangkok (ISB).
