Armed with a master’s degree in engineering from ParisTech Arts et Métiers and a qualification in Corporate Finance from Columbia University, Jerome Le Borgne has spent 15 years developing sustainable projects. From bioenergy to waste management and plastic recycling, his work has advanced the Bio-Circular Green (BCG) economy.
As Veolia’s Country Representative in Thailand, Jerome tackles water scarcity, bioconversion, hazardous waste treatment, and decarbonization. Additionally, he has significant experience with start-ups, serving as a corporate venture capital advisor and mentor. Jerome also contributes as a French Foreign Trade Advisor and has been drafting policy notes on Circular Economy in ASEAN.
