Joshua Deckers, originally from Illinois, graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering. He gained expertise in supply chain management through his work with Caterpillar in the US before moving to Thailand in 2014.

During his time in Thailand, he worked with major manufacturing companies such as Caterpillar and Doosan, helping to improve their overall operations and supply chain processes.

In late 2022, Joshua took on the challenging role of Deputy Director CPO at Carabao Group, where he is currently working at the APM packaging division, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
