Justine Leforestier is the Asia Sales Director at Gilbert group, a pharmaceutical company where she develops the partner network around APAC.

Over the last 12 years she spent in Asia, Justine defined and implemented effective go-to-market and expansion strategies in F&B, cosmetics and OTC sectors, managing teams and partners in cross-cultural environments.

Her passion for the broader region, its diversity and dynamism has only been growing over time. Leading local teams to roll them out – and learning from all stakeholders – made the job all the more exciting and keeps her wanting for more!
