Kanchanit “Phet” Bupphachuen is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Molly Ally, a fast-growing Thai plant-based ice cream brand built on the belief that indulgence can be heartier, healthier, and happier for both people and the planet.
Molly Ally began as an entrepreneurial project during his master’s studies and has since grown into a multi-channel brand with flagship stores, partner cafés, and B2B collaborations across Thailand. The brand focuses on crafting premium plant-based ice cream using thoughtfully sourced ingredients, combining product innovation with warm, human-centered branding.
Phet leads brand strategy, marketing, and partnerships, working closely with retail, hospitality, and corporate partners to expand Molly Ally’s presence both locally and internationally. He is particularly interested in how storytelling, product experience, and community-driven branding can help consumer brands grow sustainably.
Beyond Molly Ally, he is actively involved in business networking and cross-industry collaborations, with a strong interest in scaling food and lifestyle brands across Asia.
