Kanin is a Co-founder & Managing Partner at Skydeck Partners, Southeast Asia focused search fund dedicated to uplifting local businesses through a buy-and-build model.

He was previously a Regional General Manager at Grab where he led Indonesia’s food delivery sector, managing a team of 830 across 100+ cities, and was responsible for the P&L, team leadership, and market growth in the world’s 4th largest market. Before joining Grab, Kanin served as an economist at the Bank of Thailand, where he provided crucial research for the Monetary Policy Committee and acted as a personal assistant to the governor during significant government meetings.

Kanin holds first-class honors in Economics from Chulalongkorn University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
