Chom, also known as Kacie, is a passionate entrepreneur with over a decade in the food and beverage world. In 2021, she sold all her restaurants and cafés to pursue her culinary dreams in France—earning her Diplôme de Pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu, studying French, and taking the WSET.

She now runs Little Gourmande Co., Ltd., a boutique importer of French wines and champagnes. Together with her husband, they personally source each bottle, securing exclusive rights directly from vineyards—no middlemen involved. Every bottle is stored and delivered under strict temperature control, ensuring top quality from vine to glass.

Alongside this, Chom also runs a cozy micro-bakery, crafting made-to-order treats like custom birthday cakes, sourdough muffins, and soft cookies with a personal touch.
