Profile

Kwin Bhichitkul
Dee-ng Theatre / House of Mask & Mime
Director / Actor / Choreographer

Kwin is a director and live performance artist with a wide range of skills, including spoken theatre, mask performance, pantomime, and physical theatre.

He has been continuously performing since his time as a Performing Arts student at Thammasat University, and over the past 10 years, he has traveled to perform in many countries, including France, Japan, Korea, China, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Czechia, and Slovakia.

In addition, he works as a lecturer, teaching the use of the body for performance.

In film, he applies his physical performance skills to choreograph and perform in various specialized roles across feature films, commercials, video art, and music videos, such as training actors for roles as ghosts, zombies, or non-human characters; performing in green screen suits; wearing masks or mascot costumes; and performing in scenes that rely on body expression.

He believes that the use of the body in performance is not about gesture, but requires a connection between the mind and the whole body that an actor must train thoroughly and sufficiently.
