Léo Dérumaux
Temple Stairway
Founder
Léo recently relocated to Bangkok (Ekkamai) with his family. He is 33 years old, married, and a father of one. A graduate of ESCP Business School (Paris), he has built his career at the intersection of media, digital platforms, and mission-driven projects.
Over the past four years, Léo served as CEO of a Paris-based non-profit startup, where he led the development of several successful initiatives. These include :
– PRIXM, a digital media helping readers rediscover the Bible, which grew to more than 180,000 newsletter subscribers;
– RITRIT, a booking platform dedicated to stays and retreats in abbeys and monasteries, reaching over 8,000 bookings per month;
– BIBLUS, a family podcast on biblical stories that surpassed 100,000 downloads within its first five months.
After stepping down from his role as CEO, Léo is now the founder of Temple Stairway, a platform dedicated to helping people discover, understand, and book meditation retreats and spiritual stays—starting in Thailand and Southeast Asia. Temple Stairway aims to bridge cultural gaps by providing clear, practical, and trustworthy access to temples and meditation centers.
Léo is currently focused on developing Temple Stairway and is looking forward to connecting with startup founders, SaaS builders, entrepreneurs, as well as people connected to temples, meditation centers, and spiritual communities, and anyone interested in building meaningful projects in the region.
