Mai Wongsawasdi is a Bangkok, Thailand-based independent art curator and consultant. She holds a degree in Film and Television from the University of the Arts London and possesses a profound enthusiasm for narrative construction and the creative manifestation of individuals. Offering advisory services to galleries, enterprises, and artists in the Thai art scene, Mai’s curatorial practice centres on the perspectives of new generations and contemporary society. Her dedication to showcasing emerging artists and encapsulating the essence of contemporary culture is reflected in her body of work.

During the week, Mai is a brand marketing manager at The Peninsula Bangkok, primarily responsible for the artist in residence programme. On weekends or whenever available time allows, she serves as a curator for ART FOCUS, the new art space by Tang Contemporary.

Mai has been listed in Koktail Magazine’s 100 Future List and Prestige Magazine’s 300 High Flyers.
