Head of International Business

Marty Sinthavanarong has held various senior executive positions in Gulf Energy Development since 2015, including Assistant Vice President in the CEO Office, and Vice President of International Business. He assumed his current role as Head of International Business in May 2022.

Prior to Gulf Energy, for four years he was responsible for growing sales, reducing cost, and risk mitigation for Pomodoro Group, a company that operates in the restaurant space. Marty was Managing Director of Cru Brew Trading, a specialty food and beverage importer and exporter in Thailand. For almost 14 years, he was Vice President of Development for JW Development (brand licensing, luxury home décor, and real estate development).

Marty received a BA in Asian American Studies, History, and Global Peace and Security from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). He is an MBA graduate of the USC Marshall School’s IBEAR MBA Program.
