He has successfully initiated and developed large-scale programs with tech-enabled platforms and software vendors, driving customer engagement, product adoption, and operational efficiencies.

Currently, Mathieu leads the B2C connected partner team for Accor, the leading Augmented Hospitality hotel group. In this role, he empowers hotels to optimize their digital marketing & e-commerce strategy across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions.
