Matt Spriegel is the founder and CEO of Atiom, a behavioral change solution focused on improving the experience and performance of hospitality workers. Atiom leverages bite-sized content and gamification to help companies build positive habits that drive service excellence, customer loyalty, and operational efficiency.

Matt’s favorite quote is “Every day we change forever,” which are words he lives by. Every experience, chance encounter, and decision we make has the potential to change our lives and those around us in profound ways. With this in mind, he is passionate about building communities, playing sports, and traveling to the most remote parts of the world.

He was born in the US but moved to China 15 years ago to teach himself Chinese. He fell in love with the diversity and richness of Asian culture and never looked back. Matt shares his time between Bangkok and Abu Dhabi to continue expanding Atiom globally. Outside work, he enjoys triathlons, tennis, continuous learning, and chess.
