Matthieu started his journey in the Food & Beverage industry 15 years ago as a chef. He spent 10 years traveling and learning from his peers in France, Switzerland and Australia before settling in Thailand 5 years ago. These last few years, he decided to take on a new challenge and moved towards the bar and front of house management. He is now Food & Beverage Manager for 19 Yenakart – Eatery & Garden, an events venue in the heart of Sathorn.
