Founder

Maxim is a producer, photographer, and the founder of MODE Talents & Productions. He began his creative journey as a photographer at the age of 19, later transitioning into talent agent, where he successfully guided actors and models to international careers.

Maxim moved to Bangkok two decades ago. In 2011, he established MODE Talents & Productions, a global talent management agency representing not only actors and models, but also screenwriters, film composers, cinematographers, and costume designers for film and television across the international film and fashion industries.

Alongside talent management, MODE Talents & Productions also specializes in the development and production of short films and series. The company is committed to developing original content that bridges cultures and captivates global audiences.
