Mickael is a Partner at Eurogroup Consulting, a Global management consulting firm, with over 17 years of experience in strategy and transformation consulting.

He began his consulting career in Singapore in 2008 before relocating to Bangkok in 2009. Mickael advises global multinational corporations (MNCs) on go-to-market and investment strategies, as well as on M&A and operating model transformation in Asia.

He has worked with global MNCs and Asian conglomerates on growth strategy, market entry, and business transformation across a range of industries, including oil & gas downstream, power generation and distribution (including renewables), automotive and EV markets, manufacturing, technology, FMCG, and healthcare.
Mickael has strong entrepreneurial experience, having established consulting offices in Thailand and Myanmar, and leading teams across APAC and offices in Thailand, Myanmar, and Vietnam.

He has also contributed to industry thought leadership, publishing several white papers, including “The New ASEAN Consumer” (2023) and “Future ASEAN Sustainable Cities” (2024).
